Thomas Eno, CMHC

Psychotherapist
UT
My name is Thomas, and I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a master’s degree in counseling and am also a licensed Substance Use Disorder Counselor. I have been working in the mental health field for over forty-three years. I work most often with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, addictions, and self-esteem issues. I use a trauma-informed approach and a combination of approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and person-centered therapy. I really enjoy working with and supporting family members of individuals struggling with addiction or severe mental health issues. I strive to provide a safe place for each person to explore their own feelings, increase their understanding of life and themselves, and find new ways to grow and enjoy their life more. I see clients ages 18 and up. I have traveled to many places in the world, lived in many parts of the United States, and now enjoy exploring Utah. I enjoy meditation, martial arts such as Karate and Tai Chi, creative writing, spending time with family and friends, reading, and watching science and history documentaries.
