I reside in the beautiful Asheville, North Carolina area with my family, including my wonderful daughter and supportive spouse. Together, we will work on strategies and activities to manage anxiety, depression, and other challenging emotions and behaviors. Building a positive relationship with my clients is crucial, and I focus on establishing this connection from the very beginning. I predominantly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my practice, which allows us to collaboratively address and reframe negative thought patterns.
