I earned a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Felician University. My passion for this work stems from my life experience, growing up with a brother who has severe Autism and OCD.
I appreciate and value quality time with family and friends. I have always been an advocate for the importance of the mind/body connection and the role that physical fitness and nutrition play in our overall well-being.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I create the most authentic therapeutic environment but, I am not your cliché therapist.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
As a therapist, I believe in the individuality of clients and the importance of comfortability in the relationship and setting of therapy. I feel all clients should be approached with a clean slate, allowing for the most genuine experience. I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach.
