I support clients facing a wide range of challenges, including substance use, trauma, veteran-related stress, grief and loss, as well as issues with self-esteem and depression. My approach is compassionate and tailored to understand your unique experiences, working collaboratively with you to develop personalized plans that address your specific needs. Therapy can have a profound impact on your life, helping you navigate difficult emotions, build resilience, and enhance your sense of self-worth, leading to a more fulfilled and balanced life.
In our sessions, I’m fully engaged and focused on your needs. I believe in developing personalized goals and working closely with you. Fair warning-I will laugh and find joy in our time together. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my wife, son, dog, and two cats, exploring the outdoors, reading, gaming, and skiing (and I’m the best skier in the office).
