I'm a licensed counselor with nearly 30 years of experience in the mental health field. I hold an MEd in Counseling from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. I'm committed to helping you achieve your goals and your authentic self, free of the anxieties, insecurities, and issues from the past that hold you down. My specialties include anxiety, relationships, addiction, trauma, men's issues, and helping you find purpose and meaning in your life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have a warm, easy-going approach that is non-judgemental and really focused on listening and understanding you as a unique person. I have a very collaborative, engaging style, in which I listen a lot, and also offer suggestions and observations about what your challenges might be. I never have an agenda with my clients, or a “one size fits all” approach, but draw from many techniques and approaches that will best fit your needs. I strive to help you overcome what is holding you back and causing distress, and help you to become your best, authentic self.
