I’ve been there myself, and you’re definitely not alone. I’m an experienced clinician with nearly 30 years in the mental health field. I have an easy-going, open conversational style. I’m non-judgmental and have experience helping clients with a wide range of issues. I tailor my therapeutic approach to each client and their unique needs and concerns. I take a very collaborative approach, and we work together to help you get past what is keeping you “stuck.” My goal is to help you become the best person you can be. I can’t promise I will “fix” all your problems, but I will work with you to help you grow and move forward in your life. I look forward to working with you.
