Getting to know Thorin Holley

Hello, I'm Thorin. I retired from the Army in 2014, and throughout my career, mental health was a significant part of my experience. Whether I was coaching and mentoring my soldiers through their own struggles or helping victims of crime, I was always deeply fascinated by the cognitive, behavioral, and emotional interactions we all have. It's incredible how differently we can perceive and react to the same circumstances. Therapy, for me, is an opportunity to learn from my clients and to be a part of their journey towards a more fulfilling life. I believe in a collaborative approach where we work together to understand your unique experiences and challenges. My goal is to help you find the path that leads to the life you want to live. If you're dealing with addiction, anger management, anxiety, depression, life transitions, military or veteran support, PTSD, stress, or trauma, I am here to support you. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth sessions for those who prefer or require remote therapy.
