Getting to know Tiana Kirby Johnson
Born and raised in the inner city by a single mother and a large extended family, I noticed that the needs of those who were mentally or physically diagnosed were often not met. This inspired me to inquire about what I needed to do to be part of the solution. I began working in the field and have nearly 20 years of experience in Behavioral and Mental Health. My work spans a wide range of ages and diagnoses across many settings. Motivated by the challenges of the pandemic, I expanded my practice to provide outpatient therapy via telehealth to adults and adolescents. I specialize in adults aged 25-55 with various diagnoses, primarily Anxiety, PTSD, trauma, and Depression. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Pennsylvania Western University. I enjoy utilizing CBT, CPT, trauma-informed care (TIC), and Motivational Interviewing as treatment modalities.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I provide care, treatment, and support that allows those I service to manage their symptoms of their diagnosis while improving their quality of life. My clients leave empowered and feeling like the expert on their needs/wants.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
