Aloha; I'm Tiana (she/her) and I am here to help you find the wellbeing you deserve. I have 15 years experience in substance use and mental health treatment. I love helping people of all ages to work and heal with their traumas. I operate from the tried and true method of CBT but I also utilize concepts and techniques that I learned during my training in Integrative Body Psychotherapy and EMDR. I also believe in the beauty of taking from the various skills I have learned and studied over the years. It will be my honor to share in your journey of healing and unburdening.
