I was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with my three siblings by a single mom and my great-great uncle, a former teacher and retired military member. They made sure we understood the importance of education, resiliency, discipline, and determination. My upbringing and community taught me the value of having people around who care and nurture different aspects of individuals. I see people as multifaceted, influenced by many factors throughout their journey. I'm a firm believer that you can choose to change who you are and become who you want to be whenever you decide to. Being willing and open to challenge your own thoughts and behaviors, no matter your age or background, is essential. My approach is transformative, focusing on inner work and behavior change. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Oklahoma, which has further shaped my commitment to supporting others through their personal growth and healing.
