I am a bilingual licensed therapist and a native Spanish speaker. I have experience helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, PTSD, and relationship issues. My therapeutic framework is a blend of person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness techniques, and motivational interviewing. I am here to support you through every step of the process. I offer virtual sessions so that you can attend therapy at your convenience. I'm available on weekdays evenings and on the weekends.
