I’m passionate about helping others heal from trauma, break generational cycles, identify healthy relationships and set boundaries in their life. I utilize a variety of modalities and treatment approaches to help you decrease negative feelings associated with your mental health. I pride myself on providing individualized care in a safe nonjudgmental, unbiased welcoming environment, where my client feels free to be themselves.
