Hi, my name is Tiarra S., and I am a Black 31-year-old millennial therapist. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. As a therapist, I specialize in working with individuals struggling with self-confidence, trauma, anxiety, depression, communication, and boundary issues. As a mom, sister, and friend, I understand how important it is to protect your peace and maintain healthy boundaries. My practice centers primarily on young adults, single parents, and people of color.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I am here to empower all individuals to believe they matter and are worthy of care and wellness. I am trained in understanding systems and relationships. I prefer to coordinate treatment interventions utilizing the client's strengths, resources, and skills. It is my goal to offer clients a safe space to voice their difficulties, navigate their pain, and bring clarity to their lives. I have been described as supportive, caring, and compassionate with a pretty good sense of humor. I utilize a number of treatment approaches tailored to fit the clients needs.

Tiarra was amazing! I’ve had many therapist in the past and something always felt like it was missing. Tiarra made me feel comfortable since day one and I was able to share things with her that I was never able to tell anyone else. She was able to challenge me to help me gain insight and awareness to long suppressed issues. I feel empowered now due to Tiarra. She’s such a gift and anyone who crosses paths with her is lucky. She was so professional and her personality is amazing. I hope her business continues to thrive because there’s no other therapist like her.

After going through a few therapists, I have finally found the one. She doesn't just ask you meaningless questions or say "how does that make you feel?" She provides a safe space for you to speak your mind in order to get to the root of your issues so that you can process things in a better way. She is professional, organized, and punctual. She honestly helped me get through a rough time in a compassionate way. I would highly recommend her to anyone in search of healing and better coping skills.

Tiarra was very nice and attentive. She made me feel comfortable talking with her about everything going on in my life. She definitely knows her stuff. I felt like I was having a product conversation with someone who cares about me and isn’t judging me for my craziness. I would definitely recommend.
