When it comes to therapy, being able to be open and honest with your therapist is key. My goal is to create a safe, judgement free environment where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and expressing yourself freely. Progress can take time, so it is important to be patient and commit yourself to the therapeutic process. I’m here to support you, so if you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe that it is extremely important to work collaboratively with each client in order to create a treatment plan that is tailored to their individual needs and goals. I always meet clients where they are at and work at their pace.
