I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for supporting teens and adults as they navigate life’s challenges—whether that means managing anxiety or depression, working through relationship struggles, or just needing a safe, non-judgmental space to vent. I bring empathy, authenticity, and a healthy dose of humor into every session to help my clients feel comfortable, seen, and understood. My path to becoming a therapist has been anything but traditional. I began my career as an attorney and mediator, working with children and families in high-conflict situations. While I valued the work, I quickly realized I was craving a deeper connection—one that wasn’t limited to procedures and courtrooms. That realization led me to the field of mental health, where I’ve found my true calling. I started my clinical work as a social worker in a high school, and it was there that I fell in love with working with teens and young adults. I believe people of all ages deserve to be taken seriously, to have their feelings validated, and to have a trusted space where they can grow, heal, and thrive. In therapy, we’ll work together to build coping skills, improve communication, and uncover your strengths so you can live a life that feels fulfilling and true to who you are.
