Getting to know Tiffany Ally

My path to becoming a mental health provider has been shaped by a deep passion for supporting individuals as they navigate the complexities of their lives. I have always been drawn to helping people learn the skills necessary for acceptance and resilience, enabling them to thrive despite the challenges they may face. I earned my Master's in Social Work from Southeastern University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and tools to provide effective care. My experience working with individuals with functional neurological disorder (FND) and other chronic pain and complex medical diagnoses has allowed me to better understand how my clients often grapple with not only physical pain but also emotional and psychological distress. I also have a passion for couples therapy because I understand the positive outcomes therapy can have on a failing relationship, and I want that for others as well.

These insights are crucial in framing our work together and understanding where you are in your healing process. I approach therapy with empathy and an open mind, including mindfulness and coping skills in each session.
