Greetings! I'm Tiffany Ashe, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Hypnotherapist and founder of Mindfull Melanin Therapy and Wellness. I enjoy helping adults dealing with issues stemming from growing up neglected in a low-effort or no-effort family. I also work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout and life transitions, including midlife and identity shifts. I enjoy using somatic/mind-body approaches to help clients move beyond survival patterns and feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally liberated.
