You hold a lot. Maybe you’re the one everyone turns to — calm on the outside, but inside it feels like you’re always bracing, always carrying. I work with women who are ready to release the weight of anxiety, trauma, or self-doubt and return to something steadier within themselves. In our work together, we’ll slow down and listen — to the body, to emotion, to what’s been pushed aside in the name of survival. You don’t need to perform or “have it all figured out” here. Just bring your real self. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I integrate somatic practices, ACT, EMDR, and mindfulness to support healing at the pace of your nervous system. We’ll work gently, but deeply — building emotional safety, nervous system resilience, and reconnection to your values and inner knowing. I support adult women from all walks of life, with a special focus on those navigating high-functioning anxiety, cultural or racial stress, life transitions, and perfectionism. This is a space where all parts of you are welcome — your grief, your fire, your longing, your softness. If you're looking for therapy that honors your whole self — body, mind, and story — I’d be honored to support your journey.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me is a collaborative, grounding experience. You don’t have to “perform” or have the perfect words — just show up as you are. I hold space with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for your lived experience. We move at your nervous system’s pace. Some sessions may feel spacious and quiet, others more reflective or emotionally tender. I’ll support you in gently reconnecting with your body, your emotions, and your inner voice — especially if those parts have been pushed aside for a long time. My approach draws from somatic therapy, EMDR, ACT, and mindfulness-based practices. That means we won’t just talk about your experiences — we’ll explore how they live in your body, patterns, and story. Healing happens not by pushing, but by allowing. Expect a space that’s affirming, nonjudgmental, and trauma-informed — where all parts of you are welcome. We’ll work together to create a rhythm that feels safe, empowering, and deeply restorative.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our work begins with presence. In the first few sessions, we’ll explore what’s bringing you in, what’s felt heavy or stuck, and what kind of support your nervous system needs right now. There’s no rush — we go at a pace that feels emotionally and physically safe for you. A typical session might include talking, reflection, gentle body awareness, or grounding practices. I may invite you to notice how emotions show up in your body — tension, breath, sensation — or to get curious about patterns and beliefs you’ve carried for a long time. You’re always in choice; I’ll never push you into anything that doesn’t feel aligned. Over time, we’ll work together to reconnect you to your body’s wisdom, explore meaningful values, process stuck or painful experiences, and create more spaciousness for calm, clarity, and self-trust. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or just feeling overwhelmed — therapy with me is a space to slow down, listen inward, and come home to yourself.
