Hi there, I'm Tiffany! Are you looking for support during a difficult time in your life? My name is Tiffany Blevins and I am licensed in Kansas with more than 20 years of experience with those who have experienced depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, grief/loss and many other mental health concerns. My approach I prefer to come from a "whole person" strength-based approach. I offer genuine acceptance of who you are right now, helping you discover who you would like to be, and finding ways with you to make key changes in your life. After getting to know you and your needs, we work together to design what is most helpful for you. My focus My experience has been working with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety/panic, trauma, grief, domestic violence and personality disorders. My communication style I would like to work beside you to help you move forward in your journey. I provide a warm, accepting environment and provide resources for you to use between session.s, if that would be helpful for you. My journey to mental healthcare I come to my work as a therapist from a young age, when my parents were foster parents. I have always had a desire to help others and finding ways to be helpful for both myself and others. I have worked in many different areas and with many different populations and enjoy helping and supporting others to find what works for them. My goals for you I work with you to find what areas you want to improve and we create goals that will work for you. I enjoy getting to know you and what might be helpful for YOU.
