Tiffany Bradley, LCSW

Psychotherapist
NY
I specialize in working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, self-doubt, and self-image concerns, as well as professionals experiencing burnout and imbalance. I am particularly attuned to the experiences of those within the African Diaspora, and I hold space for the cultural, historical, and societal influences that shape identity and emotional well-being. My approach is holistic and reflective. Together, we will explore how you’ve learned to carry what you carry, while creating space for new ways of relating to yourself—ways that prioritize your well-being, your voice, and your sense of alignment. I am a licensed social worker and Clinical Supervisor who supports individuals in reconnecting with themselves beyond survival, expectation, and performance. My work centers on helping you slow down, realign, and cultivate a sense of well-being that feels sustainable—not just functional. My clinical perspective is shaped by my work across social service systems, where I have witnessed how individuals carry both personal struggles and systemic pressures at the same time. This understanding informs how I approach therapy: not as a space to “fix,” but as a space to process, reclaim, and redefine how you move through your life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me is a grounding and intentional experience. This is not a space where you need to have everything figured out or present yourself in a certain way. Instead, it is a space where you can begin to unpack what you’ve been holding—at your own pace. My style is calm, reflective, and deeply attuned. I listen for what is said and what is often left unsaid. Rather than rushing toward solutions, I focus on helping you understand yourself more fully—your patterns, your internal dialogue, and the ways you’ve adapted to your environment. I am especially mindful of how external pressures—whether cultural, familial, or systemic—shape how you see yourself and what you believe you are allowed to need. Our work will gently challenge those narratives while supporting you in creating a more balanced and self-defined way of living. This space is for individuals who are ready to pause, reflect, and begin prioritizing themselves in ways they may not have felt permitted to before.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our work begins with creating a space where you can feel safe enough to be honest about your experiences—without pressure to immediately make sense of everything. The initial phase of therapy focuses on understanding: your story, your current challenges, and the ways you’ve learned to navigate your world. As our work deepens, we begin to notice patterns—how you respond to stress, how you relate to others, and how you speak to yourself. From there, we explore where those patterns come from and whether they continue to serve you. While insight is central to the process, our work also includes integration. This may look like redefining boundaries, shifting your relationship to productivity and self-worth, or developing ways to care for yourself that feel realistic and sustainable. This is not a rushed process. We move in a way that honors your readiness, allowing space for both reflection and change. Over time, the goal is not only to feel better, but to relate to yourself differently—with more clarity, compassion, and intention.
