“Ive been going to Tiffany for around 2 years now and I always feel heard and get such enriching feedback each session. I never walk away from our time without feeling more confident and sure in myself. If I ever ask for a recommendation such as a podcast or a Ted talk, for whatever I may be going through at that moment, she always has a relevant recommendation that I can listen to over and over until our next session. ”

Getting to know Tiffany Carlson

Great to meet you! As a therapist, my priority is creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and safe to explore what’s most important to you. I work collaboratively with clients, drawing from approaches like CBT/REBT/mindfulness/Narrative, to support healing, growth, and meaningful change. Clients have described me as compassionate, grounded, and nonjudgmental. I believe therapy works best when it’s tailored to you, so I’ll always meet you where you are—with curiosity, respect, and a sense of humor when it helps. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll work together at a pace that feels right. A bit about my approach to therapy My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Humanistic & Narrative Therapy while holding space for your lived experience and intuition. I see therapy as a space to better understand patterns, develop coping tools, and reconnect with your strengths. I focus on building a trusting relationship where you feel safe enough to explore what’s difficult and supported enough to take meaningful steps forward. What you can expect from our first session Clients can expect a supportive and collaborative environment in therapy sessions with me. Together, we'll work towards understanding your concerns, identifying patterns of thinking and behavior, and developing practical strategies for positive change. My goal is to empower you to gain insight, build resilience, and cultivate the skills needed to navigate life's challenges more effectively.
