But when I saw Tiffany, she took time to listen and get to know me. She gives me simple, practical suggestions most weeks without judging or being bothered whether I take them or not. Early on I did have some painful, hard therapy weeks where I struggled facing things, but I didn't give up and now really look forward to reflecting in therapy with her and gaining insights and perspectives.
