Tiffany Dampier, LPC

Psychotherapist
PA
Are you struggling to remain psychologically flexible in an ever-changing world? Psychological flexibility means fully contacting the present moment as a conscious human being and, based on what the situation affords, changing or persisting in behavior in the service of chosen values. I work with clients to address a variety of behavioral, social, and emotional challenges, including mood and anxiety disorders, codependency, life transitions, substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, ADD/ADHD, and Autism. As a veteran of the United States Air Force, I deeply value helping military family members and veterans with transitional issues as well as other concerns. I have experience working in addiction treatment and enjoy supporting individuals in recovery to address their underlying mental health needs. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique journey.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
