Are you ready to make a change? Let me help you build your personal toolbox to overcome stress and anxiety, address past trauma, and repair and strengthen relationships with your loved ones. You don’t have to struggle alone. With over 15 years of clinical experience, I have had the privilege of standing beside incredible individuals as they faced painful situations and learned to live beyond these difficulties. I provide information, encouragement, and understanding to support new skill development, personal growth, and increased life satisfaction.
