You don’t have to struggle alone. With over 15 years of clinical experience, I have had the privilege of standing beside incredible individuals as they faced painful situations and learned to live beyond these difficulties. I provide information, encouragement, and understanding to support new skill development, personal growth, and increased life satisfaction. There are times in life when reaching out to someone who offers a compassionate ear and a reflective perspective is essential. Together, we can develop the insights and plans that will launch you forward. I hold a Master’s in Counseling from Webster University and am a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional. I have completed training that qualifies me to supervise Substance Use Counselors for certification by the State Board. My further training includes Neurofeedback, Biofeedback, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies.
