Welcome! :-) I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Tennessee, though I'm currently living in Colorado. I received my Master's in Social Work from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and I have been practicing in various clinical settings (correctional/reintegration, substance addiction, etc.) for 7 years now. I'll start by saying that if you're here, I am proud of you. It takes tremendous bravery and courage to not just ask for help, but to sit with the unknown and to be open to the work required in creating positive life change. I am deeply passionate about working with individuals to discover their own strengths in their journey of healing and relief. I believe it to be a massive privilege to work as a therapist-to be trusted with some of the most vulnerable thoughts, feelings, and experiences an individual may bring into sessions, and that is something I honor with integrity.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
