I take a holistic approach to therapy, incorporating a variety of therapeutic modalities into my practice, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy such as meditation, guided imagery, and deep breathing.
