I would like to commend you on this important step that you have taken to work toward improving yourself and creating positive changes in your life. I am a Licensed Child and Family therapist. I am excited to work with you. I have a bachelors degree in Psychology from BYU and a Masters in Social work from PSU. I have been a therapist for over 19 years and love it. My experience has allowed me to acquire the therapeutic skills needed to work effectively with those who struggles include depression; anxiety; grief and loss; stress management; relationship issues; family conflict; and trauma.
