Hi there, my name is Tiffany and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I studied Community Practice at DePaul University, where I attained my Master's in Social Work. During the course of my career, I have gained experience helping a diverse group of people in all aspects of their lives. Let's be honest, seeking therapy is not always an easy task, and I'm glad you've taken the first step toward improving the quality of your life. I pride myself on being an empathetic listener and a collaborative partner during my clients' journey through therapy. My experience includes, but is not limited to, grief, depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, life transitions, caregiver support, and self-esteem. Within my practice, I like to use modalities that best fit my clients' overall needs. Some of the modalities I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Crisis Intervention, Client-Centered Approach, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
