What should a new client know about working with you?

On the first session, you can expect to hear the expectations of Grow Therapy, including the intake process, billing information, and standards of care. The discussion will include a discussion on the no show policy and cancelation policy. I will also include a discussion on what you can expect from me as a clincian. I will assess what the client's goals are for treatment. The client will also be asked to share what has worked and what has not worked for them in previous therapeutic relationships. The client can expect to take away possible "homework" assignments or things to work on or think about between sessions that will be discussed or followed up on at the next session. As a clinician I understand this does not work for some individuals and that is perfectly fine.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
