Hi! I'm a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) based in Ohio. I received my master's from Miami University and have been practicing in the field of social work for 7 years. I help adolescents through older adults struggling with anxiety, depression, life changes, stress, trauma processing, and more to live healthier and fuller lives. I am an advocate and counselor. I come from a person-centered, humanistic approach and a strengths-based framework. I utilize connection, experience, and the latest research to work with clients toward hope and healing. I have a heart for others to be known and heard and thoroughly value meeting people where they are. I am so grateful for this work and the privilege to be part of another's healing story, even for just a blip. Personally, I enjoy being with my family, traveling, doing anything outdoors, and creating spaces for others to gather and share a meal together.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
