Getting to know Tiffany Wagner

Hi there, I'm Tiff. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from West Chester University and 20 years of experience in the helping profession. My hope as your therapist is to be a breath of fresh air during this difficult time. I believe in treating everyone with respect, dignity, and compassion. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental, empathetic space where you feel comfortable and safe. I have worked with all age groups, including adults, older adults, kids, and teens. I specialize in grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, ADHD, mood disorders, anger, and stress management.

What should a new client know about working with you?

During our first session, you can expect questions from me to help to identify what goals you would like to work towards as well as just getting to know each other. The therapuetic process takes time and therapy is about building relationships and rapport. Trust is so important in therapy and this does take time. Over time, we will work to create goals for you together and identify a realistic timeline for treatment. Your goals will be discussed often in your sessions an altered as you see necessary. You are in charge of your treatment and recovery.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
