Getting to know Tiffany Wright

You’re probably really good at keeping it together. You handle what needs to be handled, show up for everyone else, and keep moving... even when you’re anxious, exhausted, overthinking everything, or quietly wondering when you stopped feeling like yourself. I work with people navigating anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, people-pleasing, difficult boundaries, emotional overwhelm, motherhood, and identity changes. Many of my clients already understand their patterns. They’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, and can explain exactly why they do what they do, but knowing the pattern hasn’t necessarily helped them stop living inside of it. My style is warm, real, conversational, and gently direct. I use evidence based techniques to help clients understand what’s happening, recognize what keeps repeating, and actually change what happens next. Therapy with me is not about fixing you. It’s about helping you trust yourself, respond to your needs differently, and feel more like you again.

What should a new client know about working with you?

You don’t need to show up with the perfect words or a neatly organized explanation of what’s wrong. You can start with, “I don’t know... I just know I can’t keep feeling like this,” and we’ll take it from there. I’m collaborative, but I won’t leave you responsible for carrying the entire conversation. I ask questions, make connections, offer honest reflections, and give practical tools when they’re useful. I’m also not going to sit there and nod for 50 minutes while you wonder if therapy is actually helping. Our first few sessions will focus on understanding what’s been happening, what keeps repeating, and what you want to feel different. Progress may look like catching yourself before you spiral, setting a boundary without immediately taking it back, trusting your decisions, or moving through a difficult moment without turning against yourself.

Started therapy a few weeks ago, in just one session she helped me regain my confidence and uplifted my spirit. No matter where you are in life a therapist is needed. She let me feel safe to share my thoughts, experiences and issues I may have. She is educated, non-judgmental, understanding, and she definitely helps me to understand my inner thoughts. After 3 sections I am able to heal from multiple traumas, and increase my personal growth. I definitely recommend her 100%. Starting therapy is recommended at any point in life. It’s never too late.
Grateful for my work with Tiffany. I feel like a completely new person. She helped me realize that I had been holding myself back with negative self-talk and limiting beliefs, and gave me the tools to let go of those patterns and embrace a more positive mindset. I feel so much more confident and self-assured now, and I'm motivated to continue practicing self-love every day.
