We are all a work in progress, myself included. When appropriate, I like to use humor to help alter negative thinking patterns in addition to my empathy, skill, and humanity. I use a collaborative approach in therapy, working with my clients and selecting treatment methods and interventions based on the client’s personality, experiences, and issues.
