Getting to know Tilisha von Boeselager

Hi, I’m Tilisha. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisor Designation (LPCC-S), who has provided counseling services for over 15 years. Throughout the years, clients have sought services to reduce that overwhelming feeling that impacts their daily life. When working with me, I begin the work of reducing those experiences by being warm, interactive, respectful, genuine, and culturally inclusive in our work together. I use an integrative approach to therapy by mixing several different theoretical and treatment models, such as humanistic, cognitive, behavioral, internal and external systemic, psychodynamic, and other existential therapies, to help you build the skills you need for your unique self. No matter what the issue, my goal is always to help clients build a deeper awareness of themselves, believe that they can reduce symptoms that are plaguing their lives, and just feel more capable of handling the stressors in your life. I strive for us to collaboratively find ways to reconnect you to the sense of pride inside of you that helps you resolve issues. I also hope that as we reconnect your ability to heal, you feel supported and respected as we go through the process together. I look forward to working with you.
