Hello! My name is Tim Foster and I have practiced psychotherapy for 7+ years. I am currently working on my PhD at the U of the Cumberlands. I specialize in trauma-focused treatments such as EMDR; TFCBT and mindfulness based stress reduction. Outside of trauma; I work extensively with depression and anxiety. I personally believe therapy helps each individual capitalize on inherent strengths and that we all are highly adaptable beings. However; extra support is needed at times.
