After 35 years of helping people, my patients tell me regularly I have helped them much more than others they have worked with. By using evidence-based practices, active feedback and guidance you WILL make the change you have been seeking. My main specialties are depression, stress, anxiety, anger management and families affected by addiction. For families affected by addiction, you may have been in a long battle and have seen your loved ones fail after many treatment episodes. I can help them find success. If you are looking to reduce stress or anxiety, I will teach you a new method that is highly effective in finding relief. This technique is scientifically tested and I have personally witnessed so much success with my patients in only a few sessions that is my main style of therapy. Finding your purpose and having a sense of belonging are major tasks we all need to understand and achieve. Our American society in which we live tends to offer us pain and illusion.
