Using a Christian focus approach to treat depression, anxiety, and addiction issues. I see individuals, couples, and families. I will address each of my clients with individual treatment plans based on their personal needs. This will help you aspire to feeling hope and connection. You can expect education, coping tools, and support from me.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During the first session, we will explore all areas of your life to identify where stress is found. Based upon those findings we will integrate a bio, psycho, social, and spiritual work-up to develop a treatment plan that can guide us towards your goals. We will take the process slow in order to ensure success.
