From the moment we begin our first session, my goal is to create a warm and nurturing atmosphere that fosters growth. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree from South University, which have equipped me with a strong foundation to support my clients effectively. I employ an integrated approach to therapy, utilizing CBT, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, the 12-step approach, motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy.
