Over the years, I've had the privilege of working in an inpatient psychiatric unit for 13 years, along with various outpatient positions. My approach is flexible and tailored to each individual, utilizing methods ranging from behavioral therapy to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I firmly believe that each client can help guide the way to better functioning and communication, and I am here to support that journey. Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), a field that offers valuable techniques for addressing a wide range of issues, from trichotillomania to ending procrastination. Many of my clients have found these methods to be incredibly helpful. I also enjoy sharing my knowledge through webinars and trainings, helping others understand and apply ABA and psychological principles. I've had the opportunity to live in New York, Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Michigan, but I returned to my roots in Indiana in 2020. I love learning about other people and their interests, which enriches my practice and personal life. I look forward to meeting new clients and working together to achieve your goals.
