What is your typical process for working with clients?

Treatment is customized to each client and their needs. My primary approach is cognitive behavior therapy & mindfulness-based approaches, and Solution-focused/brief therapy, and Strategic/Structural therapy. I provide a comprehensive program including individual, group, and family therapy. Making major changes in your life can feel overwhelming.
