With 25+ years of experience, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care to LGBTQIA+ individuals, adolescents, and neurodivergent clients. I support challenges like parent-child conflict, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and gender/sexuality concerns using CBT, EMDR, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Individual/Family Therapy. My approach is affirming, inclusive, and tailored to each client's needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Gather background, identify concerns, and assess strengths and needs. Create a safe, supportive space through empathy and consistency. Collaboratively set goals and adjust them as needed based on progress. Involve parents appropriately to support the adolescent’s growth while respecting their autonomy.

Ongoing session: $195 for 60 minutes
