Getting to know Tina Rix
As an LMFT-S with over 20 years' experience, I am skilled in supporting high-functioning individuals grappling with narcissistic abuse, complex trauma, and high-conflict situations. If you're seeking clarity, desire to reclaim your voice, and yearn for peace and control, you're in the right place.
A Texas native and currently practicing in Indianapolis, my area of focus is helping clients navigate the psychological aftermath of traumatic experiences, including those from antisocial and borderline personality dynamics, narcissistic abuse syndrome, false allegations, family law disputes, and disruptive relational environments. I center my approach on bringing back mental clarity, emotional stability, and a reinforced sense of self.
On top of offering therapy, I provide professional and executive coaching for individuals transitioning career pathways and those navigating high-responsibility roles, blending pragmatic tactics with clinical competence for balanced personal recovery and professional advancement.
Away from therapy, I express myself as a documentary filmmaker and a music artist. The documentary series, Music and Mental Health, is a part of my output and is viewable on several platforms like Amazon Prime and Tubi. As an artist, my music is themed on personal growth, healing, and life transitions. Two albums are to my credit including the latest, Where I'm Headed (October 2024), a reflection on resilience and emotional recovery.
