I am a Certified Trauma Resiliency Model/TRM Practitioner/Consultant, a Certified Community Resiliency Model/CRM Skills Teacher. Also trained in: Dynamic Attachment Re-patterning experience (DARe), Progressive Counting, Circle of Security, Seeking Safety, FOCUS Family Resilience, & Incredible Years.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with clients who may be experiencing the negative impact of trauma/stress/attachment wounds on their lives & relationships. During sessions, we will discuss current issues/concerns that are important to you & explore the life experiences that have brought you here. We will work together to create a treatment plan including the learning of wellness skills & trauma processing, if applicable.
