“Being my first time seeking therapy, I was a bit anxious about finding a good therapist. Within five minutes of meeting Dr. Tiquana, I knew I had come to the right place. She is a great listener, provides great tips that are easy to relate to and implement, and regularly checks in to find out if you are getting the benefits you were expecting from therapy. I always feel so much better after our sessions, and are always looking forward to talking to her again. Please book an appointment with her - you won't regret it. Thank you, Dr Tiquana!”

My first appointment with Tiquana was insightful and welcoming. The first appointment is always scary but she made me feel at ease and completely validated. It really shows the quality of personal vs professional help. Really looking forward to our next session!
