Hi there, I'm Tishone! Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for support can feel like a leap into the unknown. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, or just feeling stuck in a life that doesn’t quite fit, you’ve taken a brave first step by looking for someone to talk to. That’s not small. That’s the beginning of change. I believe therapy is less about “fixing” and more about understanding. Life gets messy — we all carry stories, wounds, and patterns that shape how we show up in the world. Sometimes those patterns stop serving us. Therapy offers a space to slow down, breathe, and look at what’s really going on beneath the surface. My goal is to create a space that feels safe enough for you to be exactly who you are — no masks, no performance, no pressure to be anyone but you. My approach My approach to therapy is rooted in presence, compassion, and collaboration. I view healing as an unfolding — a non-linear process that moves at its own pace. Rather than rushing toward solutions or striving for some “ideal” version of you, we’ll focus on creating a space where all parts of you are welcome. Even the messy ones. Even the ones you don’t understand yet. I offer care that is relational and client-centered. That means I prioritize the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for everything we do. When we feel safe and seen in the relationship, we begin to heal in ways that often aren't possible alone. I show up as a real human in the room with you, not as an authority figure, but as a collaborator, a witness, and someone deeply invested in your growth. I believe therapy works best when there is mutual respect, curiosity, and a willingness to explore together. While I draw on various modalities, my approach is integrative — informed by psychodynamic insight, somatic awareness, inner child work, attachment theory, mindfulness, and parts work. I don’t follow a rigid script.
