More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I would recommend Toi to literally anyone. As a black woman, though, she makes me feel extremely seen and heard. Sometimes life can feel a little crazy and not make sense and then I'll talk to her and she'll help me open my mind to new thought processes as well as long term solutions to not continue allowing certain things to bother me in the future. She's such an amazing therapist.
I was hesitant to begin counseling again, but Toi has practically erased all feelings of doubt and concern for me. She challenges me to see issues in a new light, continuously lifts me up, and reminds me that it's perfectly okay to be who you are. She has also offered me a significant amount of insight on personal and life goals and issues. I thoroughly enjoy our sessions and feel as if I gain something new each time. Highly recommend.
Toi empowers me to be confident in my self and who God has called me to be. I have grown so much in self awareness, I feel in touch with myself, emotions, and body.
