We're often at war with life, ourselves, others...all of us have our battles and our “dragons to slay” and grow through. That said, life can be a grand adventure of discovery, positive change, and transformation. Having spent a decade of my life in the War Zones of Iraq and Afghanistan as a Combat Stress Counselor, travelled the world, and over 40 years of a personal growth journey, I’ve gained deep insight into the human experience and, as a Master's Level Psychotherapist, can help you heal and grow through life's challenges...transforming pain into progress.

Getting to know Tom Collins

We're often at war with life, ourselves, others...all of us have our battles and our “dragons to slay” and grow through. That said, life can be a grand adventure of discovery, positive change, and transformation. What should a new client know about working with you?

In our sessions we'll seek to name it (as close to the core issue as we can discover)...claim it...and overcome it. We'll strive to uncover the deeper/unconscious parts of the psyche that tend to drive our lives. Each session will be an opportunity to do this uncovering, discovering, recovering work, together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I specialize in helping with depression, anxiety, addiction, PTSD, and codependency. My approach is dynamic and empowering, guiding you toward greater peace, strength, and balance. Together, we’ll identify core issues, meet them head-on, and progress toward mastery. The work is an opportunity to uncover-discover-recover, and move toward a fuller life.
