I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a strong focus on self-discovery. My education consists of a doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision, and a master's in Mental Health Counseling and Criminal Justice Administration. I compassionately seek to help clients understand their "why." I am passionate about assisting clients to come to know and love themselves more intimately and authentically. I encourage my clients to rediscover their inner strengths while teaching them coping skills, empowering them to take control of their healing process. I aim to foster a nurturing, non-judgmental atmosphere in which individuals can develop insight and address concerns that impact their mental health. I am experienced in treating a wide range of problems through a person-centered, humanistic lens, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and women's issues. Additionally, I have successfully worked with victims of crime, divorce, co-parenting issues, neglect, self-esteem, and other complex and painful circumstances. I help individuals develop better personal and professional relationships, improve communication skills, and achieve their goals by assisting in their transformative life journey.
