I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey, and I'm here to support you every step of the way. I hold an MSW and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My background and experience have equipped me to work with a diverse range of clients, including families, couples, teens, and individuals. Whether you're dealing with anger, anxiety, depression, sadness, stress, or spiritual questioning, I'm here to help. My approach is compassionate and tailored to your unique needs. I specialize in addressing anxiety, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, depression, stress, suicidal ideation and/or self-harming, family relationships, intimate/romantic relationships, and spirituality.
