Getting to know Tomika West

I offer telehealth therapy for clients. I am able to provide services on the weekends and evenings. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a supervisor designation. I work with families and individuals of all ages. I specialize in treating trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, depression and life transitions. I am trained in EMDR and EFT and have seen it work wonders with my clients. My approach in the therapy process is to lead with a open mind and a non-judgmental attitude. While creating a safe and comfortable space for clients to openly express their feelings, emotions and fears. I love to see my clients become empowered to change and to reach their goals, while developing new skills and techniques to heal and grow while moving past challenging circumstances. I focus on helping others come into the fullness of their life's and their relationships. My goal is to make this a positive experience and make sure a person leaves with tools to help them in their journey of finding peace of mind.
